Based on our acclaimed PLA, this matte PLA has been especially formulated to provide a texture finish, with the visual impact of reduced layer visibility. PLA Matte is easy to print with and is available in a wide variety of colours to suit application.

Akin to our other PLA filaments, PLA Matte is also made from recycled materials (70%) where possible, and is supplied on a 100% recyclable cardboard spool.

PLA Matte filaments can be more abrasive than regular PLA, as such we recommend the use of a hardened / steel nozzle.

The white rPLA is a great colour for showing a design/model layout in its pure form, making it easy to visualise the placement of structures and their context within a site and also makes it easier to visually see how shadows are cast across the site when using sunlight on models.

Tough PLA filament has been specially formulated to provide impact resistance akin to ABS whilst retaining the printability and sustainability of PLA.

PLA Tough exhibits superior Charpy Impact (Kj/m2) – a high strain-rate test as per ISO 179 – versus other strong PLA / PLA+ / PLA filaments on the market. In real terms, PLA Tough offers more than 750% impact resistance than regular PLA (29.8 kJ/m² versus 3.4 kJ/m²)

PLA Tough exhibits excellent results in layer adhesion and the benefits of strength and durability makes it highly-suited manufacturing aids or even end-use parts where impact resistance is needed beyond a regular PLA.

PLA Tough retains beneficial properties of our (r)PLA such as low warp and low shrinkage, and can be printed at temperatures akin to regular PLA – 210±10˚C.

Overall, PLA Tough filament is ideal for applications requiring a strong PLA for tough, industrial applications – especially those requiring impact resistance.

Short for polylactic acid, PLA is a bioplastic derived from plant-based sources. PLA is the easiest polymer to print and is used by the majority of 3D printer users. Whilst more sustainable than fossil fuel plastics, it’s important to note than PLA is not biodegradable in soil, home compost or landfill – refuting claims by some marketers of PLA filament.

To reduce usage of virgin polymers, we work with industry partners to recycle post-industrial PLA waste materials that would otherwise be sent to landfill.

Fiilamentive rPLA Grey 1.75mm 4500g

A high-performance polymer with excellent mechanical performance. This material is UL 94-V0 rated (self-extinguishing) and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 186 °C. PEI ULTEM 9085 is perfectly suited for high-value applications in industries such as automotive, aerospace and electrical engineering. This material is a combination of exceptional dimensional stability, excellent thermal properties and good chemical resistance.

Pei Ultem 1010 1.75mm 300g

Based on polyetheretherketone (PEEK), one of the worlds’ highest performing engineering thermoplastics in the world and can replace metals. This unreinforced PEEK grade can be used for multiple applications in different industries, such as aerospace, gas, oil, automotive and medical. This semi crystalline thermoplastic provides high temperatures, excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties. The excellent layer adhesion of 3F PEEK 9581 NT improves the impact resistance, strength, durability and the printing process. This material is also UL 94-V0 rated (self-extinguishing).

PLA Matte Light Grey 2.85mm 750g

LUVOCOM® 3F PAHT 9825 is a material from LEHVOSS. A high temperature resistant polyamide, it has the strength of a PA6 without affecting printability. 3D prints produced from this material have high strength and toughness. It has a low influence from moisture / temperature on dimensional stability and electrical properties.

Polyether Ketone Ketone (PEKK) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic. This material has a very good layer adhesion and dimensional stability. 3F PEKK 50082 NT is unique compared to the standard PEKK materials because it prints semi crystalline and it provides improved printability and layer adhesion. This neat PEKK enables semi-crystalline parts with no warping.  This material is also UL 94-V0 rated (self-extinguishing).

Tough PLA White 2.85mm 750g

Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) exhibits impact resistance and chemical resistance more than PEI (ULTEM). It can operate in temperatures up to 180°C. This makes it an excellent choice for under-hood automotive applications and medical devices requiring steam sterilisation. The hydrolysis resistance is excellent compared to other amorphous thermoplastics. Besides that, it also resists common acids and bases over a broad range of temperatures.

Ppsu Filament 1.75mm 300g

3F PEEK CF 9676 has outstanding mechanical properties in combination with its excellent thermal and chemical resistance. It is a flame retardant (UL 94-V0 rated) polyetheretherketone reinforced with carbon fibre - this improves the stiffness and compressive strength enormously. This material is suitable for dynamically stressed parts and applications which require inherent flame resistance.
