The Salter Brecknell B140 scales are a totally portable machines, ideal for use in applications where mains power is not available. The red LED display makes it ideal for use in poorly lit areas. The B140 is a self-contained unit powered by an internal rechargeable battery with a 20 hour battery life between recharges. Alternatively the machine can be powered direct from mains via the 12V AC adaptor included.
