Prefilter SR 221 is a disc that is meant to catch coarse particles and by that extend the lifetime of the particle filters SR 510 P3 R and SR 710 P3 R, combined filter SR 299-2 ABEK1-Hg-P3 R and SR 599 A1BE2K1-Hg-P3 R. The prefilter is placed in the prefilter holder and then snapped on to the particle filter or combined filter.

SR221 Pre Filter (Pack of 5)

The SR 510, P3 R* particle filter is designed for use in Sundström half masks, full face masks and the SR 500/SR 500 EX/SR 700 fan. The filter provides protection against all types of particulate pollutants. The particle filter can easily be combined with gas filters from the Sundström filter range in order to provide protection also against gases and vapours, e.g. during spray painting. The particle filter should be combined with pre-filter SR 221, which will thereby extend the life of the particle filter. The SR 500/SR 500 EX fan should always be used with two particle filters or two combined filters consisting of gas filters and particle filters. *R (Re-useable) : The filter is intended to be used for more than a single shift.

SR510 P3 Filter

Gas filter SR 297, Class 1, is designed for use together with Sundström half masks and full face masks. The filter is of type ABEK and provides protection against the following types of gases and vapours: Type A protects against organic gases and vapours, such as solvents, with boiling points > +65 °C. Type B protects against inorganic gases and vapours, such as chlorine, hydrogen sulphide and hydrogen cyanide. Type E protects against acidic gases and vapours, such as sulphur dioxide and hydrogen fluoride. Type K protects against ammonia and certain amines, such as ethylene diamine. The gas filter can easily be combined with particle filter SR 510 P3 R in order to obtain protection also against aerosols (particles) , e.g. during spray painting.

SR297 ABEK1 Filter

The SR 100 half mask is an Air Purifying Respirator (APR) made of silicone in three sizes, i.e. S/M, M/L and L/XL. The mask is equipped with two exhalation valves, which ensures very low exhalation resistance. The valve covers with partitions effectively protect the exhalation membrane against dust and paint mist. The material and pigment of the mask body are approved by FDA and BGA for foods, which minimizes the risk of contact allergies. The easily adjustable elastic head harness straps of the mask are designed as a V-shaped loop and have a large dished crown plate, which contributes towards a comfortable and safe fit. The mask is used either as an APR in combination with filters and/or cartridges from the Sundström range, or in combination with the SR 307 compressed air attachment, this combination is called a Type C Continuous Flow Supplied Air Respirator (SAR). A pre-filter holder for simple checking of the performance are supplied. Best stored in box SR 230 or storage case SR 339.

SR100 Half Mask M/L

The SR 299-2 is a combined filter consisting of a Class 1 gas filter and Class 3 particle filter. The filter is designed for use in Sundström full face masks and half masks. The filter is of type ABEK1-Hg-P3 R and provides protection against the following types of gases, vapours and particles: Type A protects against organic gases and vapours, such as solvents, with boiling points > +65 °C. Type B protects against inorganic gases and vapours, such as chlorine, hydrogen sulphide and hydrogen cyanide. Type E protects against acidic gases and vapours, such as sulphur dioxide and hydrogen fluoride. Type K protects against ammonia and certain amines, such as ethylene diamine. Type Hg protects against mercury vapour. Warning. Maximum use time 50 hours. Type P3 R* protects against all types of particulate pollutants, e.g. dust, mist and smoke. *R (Re-useable) : The filter is intended to be used for more than a single shift.

R01-2004 - Replacement Membrane Kit for SR100/SR200/SR90-3

The SR 500 is a battery-powered fan that, together with a filter and an approved head top, is included in the Sundström fan-assisted respiratory protective device systems. The SR 500 can be used as an alternative to filter respirators in all situations in which these are recommended. This applies particularly to work that is hard, warm or of long duration. The human interface may consist of a hood, face shield, half mask or full face mask. The fan is equipped with a filter, and the filtered air is fed through a hose to the human interface. The pressure then generated prevents surrounding pollutants from penetrating into the mask. The characteristics of the SR 500 are as follows: The battery is of lithium-ion type

Two battery alternatives, i.e. STD (Standard 2.2 Ah) and HD (Heavy Duty 3.6 Ah) 
The charging time for the Standard battery is around 1.5 hours and for the Heavy Duty battery, about 2 hours

SR500 Blower Unit

The SR 580 together with the battery-powered SR 500, SR 500 EX or SR 700 fan and approved filters are included in the Sundström fan-assisted respiratory protection device systems. The breathing hose of the helmet with visor is to be connected to the fan, equipped with filters. The pressure generated in the visor prevents particles and other pollutants from entering the breathing zone. The SR 580 can also be used with the SR 507 compressed air equipment. This combination forms a breathing apparatus designed for continuous air flow, for connection to a compressed air supply. See separate product leaflet SR 507. The equipment can be used as an alternative to filter respirators in all situations for which filter respirators are recommended. This applies particularly to work that is hard, warm or of long duration.

SR580 Protective Helmet (H06-8012)

Its adjustable head harness helps you find the ideal fit while the large polycarbonate visor provides face protection and a wide field of vision. Connect the breathing hose to the power unit and select from the Sundström range of filters to provide breathable air to the wearer.

The SR 230 accommodates a half mask with combination filter. The box is triangular and has a cover that is secured to the box. Equipped with both shoulder strap and holder for securing to the userÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢s belt.

SR520 Headtop (M/L) (H06-0212)

The protective hoods are designed for use together with Sundström half masks and full face masks with filters or SR 307 compressed air attachment, and with the SR 90 Airline. The hood is made of chemicals-resistant materials and provides protection against splashing and dripping of most solvents and acids in relatively low concentrations. However, the material may be affected by extended contact with certain solvents in liquid form. The hood is extra roomy, so that both a safety helmet and ear protectors can be worn under the hood, if necessary. The SR 346 hood is extended so that it covers the top part of the user’s body. The visor is treated to prevent misting. The hood can be machine-washed about 10 times – without spin-drying – at a maximum of +40 °C.
