BUH/BUR&BUF’s are made by converting the BUW material into Discs with Hole, made with compressed layers of Abrasive Nonwoven, joined with a binder that offers high tear resistance combined with good flexibility.

Unitized offer the advantages of nonwovens (low temperature, high clogging resistance, constant finishing), further improving their degree of finish and above all their durability and tear resistance for use on sharp parts, small burrs, sliced parts. They are available in different densities (from 2 soft to 8 extremely rigid), grits (from Fine to Coarse) and types of abrasive (S-Silicon Carbide, A-Aluminium Oxide).
Applications:
Deburring, finishing and cleaning or removal of signs of previous processing on a wide range of products.
Work surfaces:
BUHs can work on all types of metal (stainless steel, steel, titanium, aluminium, alloys), plastic or composites.
