Suitable for internal or external applications
Can be applied over existing paint, but all poorly bonded paint must be removed and well bonded paint roughened to provide a key
Use prior to screeding with Watco Concrex or Watco Concrex Vertical

Creates a strong bond for concrex range on shallow or intricate repairs
Overcoat in 30 - 60 minutes
