Zoro Delivery & Returns FAQ
Free delivery for all orders over £25!
Delivery dates are shown on each individual product page and at checkout. We aim for next working day delivery on orders placed before 3pm that are stocked in our main distribution centre. Orders placed after 3pm will aim to be delivered within two working days.
You can follow the status of your order by logging into your Zoro account in the top right hand corner > ‘my account’ > ‘orders’.
Some products are sent directly from the manufacturer and are subject to a longer delivery time. Delivery dates are shown on the product page.
We would rather this never happened, but if it does,the easiest way to let us know so that we can sort this out for you is to log into your Zoro Account and to request a refund or replacement in the Orders section. More info can be found here.
