Well packed in bubble wrap inside a box. I'm very pleased with it. I then ordered another one in grey for a gift for a friend. When it arrived it wasn't in a box , just a small bit of cling film over half, badly scratched. I didn't accept it and the delivery man too it back Now. I'm waiting to get a refund before I re order.

5 🌟 for the item. 1 star for the initial customer service. The 1st bin arrived not properly packaged and damaged.
The return process was unecessarily complicated frustrating and awkward requiring numerous phone calls. The admin system seems inefficient. As a good will gesture to be fair to the company they refunded the purchase price.

Seems robust and takes a 60l black bag (just). Ideal for my intended use.

First one was in really bad condition with black marker on it the second one come box

Lovely bin but only wrapped in a small bit of cellphone. My first one was packed in a box. The delivery driver threw it over my fence and it landed onto a concrete post which ways laying on the ground. The lid was in one place and the bin in another. It It has made 2 white marks on the green plastic.

The lid of the bin was marked and scratched across the area not covered by tape. Bit disappointed at the stated of it particularly as I have purchase other similar items and not had a problem. I did consider returning it but we had to use the bin the next day and decided that we would have to just live wi it.
