Velocity & Volume Thermo-Anemometer

The AAVM-318 vane thermo-anemometer has a 35mm vane with a 480mm (16”) flexible gooseneck and measures air velocity and temperature. The design allows easy access to areas that are hard to reach. Excellent for ventilation surveys, air conditioning, heating and environmental monitoring.

Flexible Thermo-Anemometer

This AAVM-8880 is a hot-wire thermo-anemometer, it is ideal for low air velocity and volume measurement. The slim plug-in telescopic hot wire probe extends from 0.3 to 1m (inc handle) has a probe sensor head 9mmØ and is ideal for grille hoods and diffusers. It is excellent for ventilation surveys, air conditioning, clean rooms, flow hoods, air balancing and environmental monitoring. USB interface for real time transfer of readings to a PC or Laptop.

Note; This Instrument operates on the basis of maintaining the sensor eliment at a constant 80°C. Therfore the battery life is limited to approx 4 hours operation.

Hot Wire Anemometer

The AMT-905V is an easy-to-use cup thermo-anemometer that has been specifically made for use outdoors. It has a design that will detect airflow from any direction which has a distinct advantage over conventional flat vane anemometers. It has user selectable measuring units for air velocity and temperature. The instrument has a memory for maximum measured values and average since power on. It has a dual display of airflow and environmental temperature on a Hi-Contrast LCD display.
