A lockout station should be located wherever it is deemed most appropriate for its desired purpose. This could be right next to the equipment to be locked out, in a maintenance department, or at a central location. The absence of any equipment is immediately apparent and the missing items can be traced or replenished.
The Advanced Lockout Stations provide multiple padlock positions. Each position can hold 2 padlocks, a hasp, several tags, and/or cable ties.
