I am extremly disappointed with this experience. I have ordered a heavy duty ladder from your website with expecting delivery date and nothing happen. Three days after delivery date somebody got in touch with me. They have mention required for a flat number on my order. I have tried to explain them that the post code I have provides is for a gate on huge construction site. I did put this postcode into a navigation later on in google maps and it exactly showed me spot I was at. Unfortunatelly shipping management were unable to understant this circumstances so they offered me a cancellation. I did accept it and yet there is no funds returned or no email about its arrival. Just this request to rate product which I paid for and never recieved.
