The Master Lock Pre-Assembled Spring Clamp Tie-Down is simple and easy to use. Adjust the length of the strap by using the easy to use push button. It has 2 x S-hooks with security clips that keep the strap attached to the anchor points even when it's not under tension. The strap trap will secure the excess strap during the transportation of the load and store the strap easily when not in use.
