For the Thorex nylon-faced hammers, these orange colour coded hammer faces are suited for multi-purpose use. Easy to change due to the simple screw in action, the orange colour denotes that the products are manufactured from polyurethane plastic with a medium hardness shore D45-55.

Orange - Medium Hard
For the Thorex nylon faced hammers. Easy to change, simply screw in. The striking faces are colour coded to allow easy identification of material type and hardness.
Orange: polyurethane plastic medium hardness shore D45-55.
Yellow - extra hard: ABS Rockwell R103: extra hard faces for specialist applications only e.g. setting copper armatures.
