The wire is great but when sent out box should have more protection Ordered two reels one ok, 2nd plastic reel damaged unable to use, It was replaced the replacement one had slight damage but usable

Broken edge on the reel, But still fine To use. Will buy again when needed.

Had to send 1 back as damaged what a performance took 2 weeks to get replacement although sent images of broken reel and they wanted to know if it could be used terrible to deal with on re-lace nets

Came all damaged and unusable then had to mess around for 1 week trying to get replacement wouldn’t buy anything from these if this is the carry on
